Finance and Accounting Senior Manager 
Responsibilities :

• Design & Implement Finance Accounting system & procedure
• Propose company wide budget & control the budget usage of each Department
• Oversee the preparation of financial report, and handle tax related matter of the company
• Provide strategic recommedation to the management based on finacial analysis and projection
• Manager cash flow and provide financial forecast for the management

Requirements :

• Graduted from reputable University in Accounting Major
• Minimum 5 years of working experince, with 2 years in thye similiar position
• Excellent English language skill (Japanese language skill will be an advantage)
• Familiarity with modern retail industry will be an advantage

HR C&B Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and Develop of tools to assist manager employee compensation benefit program
• Guide Manager thouggh compensation decisions.
• Implement reward system
• Prepare budget for HR
• Ensure competitive compensation and benefit with market
• Conduct regular job evaluation
• Identify and determine the causes of C&B problem and develop recomendation
• Review and prepare the annual operation plan and HR budget based on existing compensation and benefit packages.

Requirement :

• Male max 35 years old
• Bachelor degree from reputable University majoring in Human Resource Management/Law/ other HR related major.
• Experince in making salary structure analysis and job evaluation
• Minimum 5 years of experience, 2 years of which was in similar position
• Excellent English communication skill
• Paccionate, self driven, innovative, and can work under pressureH
